About the Role:

Smarttech247 is a multi-award winning MDR (Managed Detection & Response) company and a market leader in Security Operations. We incorporate our core values of Innovation, Customer Centricity, Quality, Integrity and Teamwork in our day to day working ethos and are seeking like minded people to join us as a Senior Information Security Consultant.

In this role you will work in our growing GRC department to further enhance our bespoke governance
consultancy services.

Responsibilities:

• Advise, train, coach and support our clients in the implementation of Information Security Management Systems or best practice security frameworks.
• Perform gap analyses and documentation reviews.
• Provide consultancy on best practices within the GRC domain, including but not limited to Data security, Information Security, Compliance Frameworks
• Perform presales activities in assessing potential client’s GRC requirements.
• Perform internal and third-party audits in the scope of ISMS, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, DORA and NIS 2.
• Build and manage client relationships.
• Create awareness training material both internally and externally.
• Support the maintenance and improvement of Smarttech’s247’s own Integrated
management system.
• Guide and develop team members.

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Knowledge in IT and information security.
• Demonstrated client facing experience in ISO 27001, ISO 9001, or Data Security.
• Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certifications are desirable
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
