Ireland, February 2 –

Smarttech247 Group PLC (AIM:S247), a provider of AI-enhanced cybersecurity services, today reported a bumper quarter of contract wins, including multiple multi-year contracts with organisations in the US and Ireland.

These include a three-year agreement with a large US tech company headquartered in Massachusetts and a two-year agreement with a prestigious university in Ireland, worth US$400,000 and US$450,000 respectively.

The contract wins build on the three-year US$800,000 contract won in October 2022 with a Fortune 150 automotive retailer with annual revenues of over US$20bn.

Chief executive Raluca Saceanu commented: “We are delighted to have been awarded a number of multi-year contracts with prestigious organisations. It demonstrates Smarttech247’s ability, not just in the UK and Ireland, but overseas, to deliver cybersecurity solutions to a growing list of global blue-chip clients.

Saceanu highlighted the increasing threat of cyberattacks and the need for businesses to take a focused approach to reduce their risk to protect brand reputation, customers’ private and payment information, as well as sensitive intellectual property.

Smarttech247 shares, which were admitted to the junior market in December 2022, jumped 5% on Thursday, 2 February.
