Sales Manager

Smarttech247 is looking for experienced sales leader who has ambition and passion to contribute to a high energy, high growth journey here at Smarttech247. You will play a critical role in driving growth in Smarttech247’s global business, leading a team of dynamic sales specialists selling in Ireland and internationally. Based out of Ireland, you will drive the sales strategy, oversee the team’s performance, and ensure the achievement of sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in technology resale and professional services within the cybersecurity sector.

 

At Smarttech247, a Sales Manager works proactively with the sales and marketing leadership to craft and execute on expansion strategies in new markets: vertical and geographic. You will be the face of the company landing in new markets, be highly effective in developing and delivering market entry strategies leveraging Smarttech247’s brand and industry leading Security capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a sales team to deliver sales and revenue targets.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and growth in existing customers.
  • Manage a high performing team living Smarttech247 core values.
  • Provide regular forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting to senior leadership.
  • Work closely with Marketing, pre-sales and Delivery teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience.
  • Maintain and in-depth understanding of the Smarttech247 platforms and services.
  • Understand your market(s) and build and execute plans to grow marketing share.
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop their professional skills.
  • Demonstrate Smarttech247’s core values and leadership traits.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience managing a sales team, 3-5 years is preferable
  • Demonstrated experience in security and managed services sales.
  • Experience leading a consultative sales process, with an ability to segment and manage territories effectively.
  • Superior coaching skills – ability to observe, evaluate & coach to improve results.
  • Detail oriented and the ability to manage multiple objectives.
  • Strong analytic skills to identify trends and gaps in activities and results in order to drive changes in team behaviours and build growth plans.
  • Ability to work cross functionally to drive business results through collaboration.
  • Strong individual & team motivation skills, with high self awareness and good interpersonal and EQ skills.
  • Personal responsibility to hit monthly team goal & positive attitude.
