Overview of the Partner Marketing Specialist role

Smarttech247, a leading cybersecurity organisation, is looking to recruit a Partner Marketing Specialist to develop and execute joint marketing initiatives with our global strategic partners. This role requires a dynamic marketing professional with experience in partner marketing, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to create and deliver effective co-marketing programs that drive mutual business growth.

The successful candidate will report to the Marketing Manager and will have the opportunity to work closely with other senior stakeholders from across the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related activities.
  • Understand partners’ business goals, product offerings, and target markets to align marketing strategies that benefit both parties.
  • Develop and execute joint marketing plans with partners, including campaigns, events, webinars, content creation, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for joint demand generation, lead nurturing, and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Create and manage the production of joint marketing materials, including case studies, white papers, presentations, and sales enablement tools.
  • Plan and execute joint events, such as webinars, workshops, and conferences, to engage target audiences and drive lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track the performance of partner marketing activities.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the success of co-marketing programs, including ROI and key metrics.
  • Work closely with the Partner Manager to ensure alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years focused on partner or channel marketing, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful co-marketing programs with strategic partners.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and the cybersecurity landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with partners and internal teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and support joint marketing activities.
