We are seeking to hire a contractor for 3-6 months to work with our Finance department here in Cork as a SAGE Cloud Specialist. The ideal candidate will be assisting with upgrading the operating system over to SAGE Cloud.  

  

Duties and Responsibilities  

  

• Manage and implement the upgrade of Smarttech’s operating system from SAGE Server to SAGE Cloud. 
• Upload of all financial information to SAGE Cloud.  
• Ensure all prior year information is included through thorough reconciliations, aswel as inputting current year information. 
• Ensure integrity of financial information in SAGE Cloud and that it ties back to reported numbers.  
• Develop reports on SAGE Cloud to aid the business in decision making. 
• Be the first port of call in the business for all SAGE Cloud queries.  

  

Education, Qualifications and Requirements  

  

• Qualified / Part-Qualified in a financial field  
• Experience with SAGE Cloud accounting system 
• Experience of working preferably in IT industry but not essential 
• A thorough understanding of accounting and financial principals
